Thanks for all of the sugar (no pun intended!) I’ve had from my last post!

I’ve had a hell of a lot of DM’s from my post the other day about how to get some fast PR / social wins without breaking the bank from all of my badass entrepreneurial friends on here. 💥

Basically, if you love getting noticed for what you’re doing but you ain’t getting enough eyeballs on it, then what the hell are you doing it for?! 👀

I mean, deep down you know what you’re doing is brilliant and has integrity but you just can’t seem to get a handle on the media featuring you and your stuff. 😔

I wanted to say to you fellow biz owners out there, don’t despair - we’ve all been there! I remember creating a sustainable range of tote bags to save a factory in East London with Jeanette called TRASHON from shutting down. We created a website, thanks Tristan made the bags, did an epic shoot with Laura Mirri MJ Simone and lush models Pippa who I met in Topshop and the lovely Poppy (forgive me if I forgot anyone else guys this was back in 2012!) and then got completely disillusioned that we had zero buyers! It’s like I legit forgot my PR brain as I created them. 🙀

Within a few weeks, by implementing my simple strategy, I had coverage in The Ecologist (massive thanks Yanar) as well as some ace blogs huge props to the legends Kate & Navaz! This led us to some immediate sales in the UK and it even reached as far as Australia! 🐨

It’s amazing what you can achieve when you have the tools and the know-how. So, I, my fine small business owners and entrepreneurs out there are the solution to your PR, digital and social media woes! 🌞
